Everyone knows playing videogames with your foot is fun, Nintendo prove it decades ago with that first foot pad for their first console, now with this upgrade version of a foot pad, not only give you the opportunity to play your favorite games but also take care of things like edit videos and music, open Word documents, move the mouse cursor from here to there and much more.
How? Pretty Easy. The keyboard called The Softstep KeyWorx, has a panel that you can config from your PC or Mac and this way you can actually put options on each button of the pad. Simple. The gadget, that on his trial periods was use only for music programs –this is why it reminds a guitar pedal- has a kinda pricey tag of 289$.
It’s super useful for those with arthritis or arthrosis, going further, I think is a great tool for those who doesn’t have hands. This is another step into the future of computers where we realize slowly, that like in the best sci-fi movies, sooner than later the digital realm, keyboards included, just as we know it, will have a spot on some nerd antique museum around the world.
