Etymologically, the term chocolate derives from xocolātl, word that comes from the Nahuas in Mexico. But Xoco, comes directly from Venezuela and it is the franchise in charge of  Venezuelan chocolate paradise, they also serve gourmet coffee and offer several desserts. This is not all, now sum to its sweet menu popsicles.

Popsicles on a wood stick, these handmade chocolate ice creams from Xoco, are not only great at sight, but also tasty. They are covered on a chocolate layer and with a few flavors to choose like: strawberries, pistachio, Oreo and cream, I can assure you’ll have a great degustation.

To Oscar Wilde the only duty men should have in life is to have fun and here in Coolhunting Project we are incapable to refute this irish literate so we still go to theme atractions parks to fulfill that need. This time we went to Universal Studios Hollywood.

With the same name and facade seen on The Simpsons, and just after you come out of the roller-coaster-simulator about the yellow family, you find in Universal Studios Hollywood: Kwik-E-Mart, a gift shop specialized in the show.

There’s also a Simpsons Atraction in Orlando, Florida, but we are pretty sure that one is not so cool. The interesting part of this one is every 20 minutes they bring XL and adictives pink doughnuts, the same kinds that makes Homero lose an indiscriminate amount of drowl.

Between others Springfield fun ítems you can find energy drinks with the logo of Duff beer and the infamous Flaming Moe´s, also sell as an energy can.

The Simpsons Ride and the Kwik-E-Mart are a must if you go to Universal Studios Hollywood.

You can now erase from your mind false affirmations like: “If you want to eat a great ice cream you have to go to an Italian ice cream place”. Our radar points to another different slope to get that: Frogurts or frozen yoghurt places are the present-future in the ice cream world. Places where the quality and design are always in mind to make you want to go there over and over again.

Kimök – Barcelona

One out of three yoghurt places in the catalan capital with creamy yoghurt ice creams. They can come along with little pieces of fruit, chocolate and dry fruits. You can also enjoy delicious smoothies and parfait. Yoghurt N°10 goes by the house!

Yoli – Berlin

A large group of gorgeous people caught my attention when I was around downtown Berlin. When I stood near them I realized everybody had yoghurts on their hands. They were all standing beside Yoli Yoghurt, the first yoghurt place in Berlin which opened on 2009. It has a white interior (just like Yoghurt) and funny touches of color here and there. If you’re a design lover, this place is for you.

Efa’s-Berlin

My biggest surprise on the Berlin Fest was finding Efa´s, a great and brand new yoghurt place (opened early this year). Their motto: promote themselves inside places where the target have their arms open to new experiences.
